My wife and I stayed here for two nights off season at a great rate. The hotel was worth the price, but not a lot more. We selected this hotel over others at a similar price because of the hot tub. The first night, it never worked, in spite of the clerk's assurance when we checked in at 3:30 pm that it would be up to temperature in a couple of hours after routine cleaning. The second night, it was so hot that no one could go in it. We advised the desk, and it was down to about 102 degrees by closing time - still marginally unsafe. A piece of used food remained in the hallway in front of the elevator during our entire stay. Several items were out at breakfast, and the staff finally refilled them - just as the hours for breakfast were over.
Our room was ok, clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. Dated appliances, furninshings and fixtures, but everything worked. The staff was very friendly, but not effective in getting problems taken care of.
Located in the Lundy's Lane tourist area, there is an outlet mall right across the street, and several chain-ish restaurants nearby. When we were there, it took quite a while to get to the Falls, due to construction at the intersection of Lundy's Lane and Drummond Rd. Save some time by going a different route.
Decent value at a low enough price, but if it isn't rock bottom cheap, you can do better. They're trying to cut too many corners.
