We booked this hotel for one night last weekend for the kids to get away for a day, have a swim, that kind of thing. I would absolutely stay here again should I ever need to and would not hesitate to recommend it especially considering the rate; typically I will only stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. The hotel was very clean, staff were very efficient, and we enjoyed our stay. To improve from a very good to excellent rating, there's only some small things they need to do (and they're REALLY nitpicking). First, the pool was a bit cold for January. They really should be a bit warmer indoors, especially in January. Secondly, they ran out of pool towels and I had to request additional towels for the morning. It would be a good idea to always have enough pool towels on hand to avoid this. Lastly, the parking lot could to be plowed better in the winter. It wasn't unsafe but was unnecessarily messy as a result. Don't let these small details dissuade you from booking an otherwise great value in Niagara Falls.

My friend and I stayed there for one night in whirlpool jacuzzi suite and the staff were excellent and met all of our needs. The room was very clean and beds are soooo comfortable!! and the jacuzzi is so relaxing. The manager (Amanda) at the hotel is super nice and easy to talk to if you have any problems. The price is reasonable and good value. I personally have stayed in many hotels and by far Super 8 is one of the most affordable, clean and great staff! I would recommened this hotel to anyone whos looking for a night out with comfy and great staff to meet all your needs!! You will not be let down...I gurantee it!:):)

My husband and I stayed one night in a non smoking whirlpool room. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding, pillows and duvet were wonderful!! The whirlpool tub was quite large and deep.There was a table and chairs as well as a sofa. I felt it was a good value for the price we paid.
Everything exceeded our expectations except for the fact that the hotel had a strong cigarette smell through out. Although we were in a nonsmoking room on a non smoking floor, our room had a stale smoky smell to it. I guess maybe it is imbedded in the carpets etc? I was dissapointed, and It was a bit unpleasant as we are both non smokers, but we did not want to have to change hotels, so put up with it...air freshener helped slightly. My husband noticed how it was throughout the hotel when he went to find a vending machine that evening as well as when we were heading up and down the stairwells during a fire alarm.
We also received coupons for a discount at the Golden Griddle for breakfast, but didn't get to use them . ( we slept late because the fire alarms went off around 4am, and we didnt get back to our room from outside untill much later.) The coupons were only valid between 6am-9am.
I dont think I would book this hotel again due to the smoke smell, but it was a lovely room and I have no complaints about the staff, location or parking.
