Room was clean. Service desk people were very helpfull. Continental breakfast was also good.

The rooms were clean and location was good - quite close to the Casino, restaurents, a 24 hours supermarket and walking distance to the falls. But above all, it had free parking and we had a voucher for a full breakfast which was quite sumptuous.

The hotel staff was veeery nice from the moment we arrived to the hotel. We had a room with two double beds and they updated it to a room with a king bed, with no extra charge. The rooms are big, this one with two writing tables and two chairs. Pretty decent size bathrooms and a lot of towels in it. The housekeeping service makes a great job.
The complimentary continental breakfast is nice too, with a little bit of everything and enough to get the energy you might need to start the day (bagels, doughnuts, toast, cereal, different coffees, juices...)
The hotel is at a walking distance of everything. The falls are at about 10-12 min walking, Clifton hill is less than 5 min., and around the hotel there are several good places to go eat.
We met here with some friends of us who came from Europe for part of their honeymoon. Their room was at first also with two double beds, but when we asked in the lobby if they could change to a king size bedroom, when they found out that this was part of their honeymoon trip, they changed them to a honeymoon suite. No extra charges. A really nice gesture from the hotel.
The hotel has a swimming pool we did not use, so I cannot give my opinion on it, sorry, but I know it is open until 10PM.
Be sure that when we come back to Niagara, this will be the hotel we will be staying in.

The room was allright, but it was a little dirty and old looking. The beds were comfortable. and the area was surprisingly quiet. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful, but we didn't run into any problems. Great location- close walk to Clifton Hill, and pretty close to the falls and the Skylon too, maybe a 10 minute walk. The breakfast wasn't very good, and it definitely gets crowded and annoying. Also, parking is $10 a day. But we only paid $47/night through expedia, so it was worth the price.
