We stayed here one night the room was very clean the price was very good, one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in a hotel, and liked having the food court in the lobby and the Dennys next door.The location is excellent for our visits and located close to the attractions we like to frequent,

Im not sure how parking would be in the Busy season as they share a parking lot with Dennys and when we went there wasnt much parking spaces available but we did find a spot.
The pool hours are good, and the Wifi was great. Being very close to the tourist area of Clifton Hill and Victoria Ave the rooms were quiet in the night time.Beds and pillows really comfortable.

Our main reason to be there was to check out the pet friendly policy and we have a dog that is 17 inches tall ,well trained and quiet. She is crate trained and used to travelling, we didnt have her with us but was hoping to stay in The Howard Johnson the next stay as we stay in the falls 2-3 times during the off season, Unfortunatley our Shetland Sheep dog is over the 25pound weight restriction so we will not be staying at this hotel again.It is unfortunate as we really liked this hotel but need to find a pet friendly place that takes medium sized dogs.

No view of the falls but hotel is within walking distance of popular clifton hill and the falls themselves. clean rooms but had a problem with the shower so we had to change the room. Getting a suite is the way to go, with a hot tub and extra large bed. Friendly service. Nice place to hit up if you're on a budget.

A group of friends stayed here for NYE for one night. We booked the family suite, which had 3 beds. We picked this hotel mainly because it was the most affordable, considering it is for NYE, all the hotel rates go up exponentially! This was reasonably priced as we booked almost 2 months early.

Location: AMAZING! Everything is walkable. In the lobby there is a KFC Express, Pizza Hut and nextdoor is a Dennys. All the restaurants are along Victoria Ave so we had no trouble finding a place for food. You can walk Clifton Hill, where all the fun arcades, museums, and clubs are. The casino is also very closeby. Walk south along Lundy's Lane, and you will be at the falls. Seriously, everything is within walking distance.

Hotel: This is an older hotel, but recently renovated. The most important thing to me was the bathroom. It was clean and spacious. The beds were passable, I didn't expect the finest bedsheets, and it was good for a night stay.

Service: From the first contact I had with the staff, which was a call to confirm my room, to check in, to check out. The service was great. The staff were very friendly, and you can imagine on NYE, it was busy. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed.

The stay at the HoJo was okay. I like the fact they are pet friendly. The heart shaped bath tub room needs to be upgraded. The wallpaper is peeling off, the furniture is in rough shape, and the room overall needs refreshing. That said, the pool and sauna are very enjoyable. The way they set up the room is great. You can see the T.V pretty much wherever you are in the room, which is a nice feature. The television itself is small and they need to really buy updated t.v.'s. The room could be better cleaned. But I think it just does not feel clean as it is outdated. They should deliver the complimentary paper to your room, instead of having to go to the front desk to pick it up. That is inconvenient. I required dental floss as I ran out. They have a sign in the room that states they carry pretty much anything you require, they did not have this. It would be nice if they had almost anything at the main desk one would require. There is no great view looking out of your window. The nice view is looking at the Skylon Tower. I did like that the toilet and shower are separate from the heart shaped bath tub. The King size bed is a great size, and hard surface which feels great on the back. If you do stay here ask for a back room on the top floor. Not facing ANY entrance ways. As people stand at the entrance ways at all hours of the night to have their smoke and talk. At 3am in the morning if you are woken up by that, it is not pleasant. The window's do not open, which would be a nice thing if they did to get some outside air in the room. Another nice feature are the lights. They have a nice dim, or high if you want. Overall, I don't think I would stay here again as there are much better places to stay for around the same price in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The Hilton is new, and by the Falls, it may be a bit more, but it is worth it for location., view, and new features. I am glad I stayed here however, because variety is the spice of life! & I did enjoy relaxing in the heart shaped bath tub (whirlpool). My dog seemed to enjoy her moments as well ;) All the best to everyone! Happy Year To You All.
