On February 7th I had a reservation for a different Hotel in downtown NF. Although I had stayed at that hotel many times before, they had decided that I had to give them a deposit of $175. for a $55. room. I refused. I came to the Hampton, North of the falls, and checked in. No deposit, No pre authorization on my card.
I have stayed many times at this Hotel, and I would say the only thing that ever bothered me was the elevator can be a bit noisy. It seems they have rectified this! Also I finally got to use the Pool and the Spa. A Hot Tub that is actually Hot! Tremendous!
I slept great, even slept in, and went to have breakfast. They have rearranged the whole breakfast area, it is roomier, and more comfortable.
Once again, a great experience from this hidden Gem. Thank You Hampton North of the Falls!

We are family of four, travelled to this hotel for 2 days for vacation seeking refreshment for our children after their final exams at high school, location was very convenient and quiet except on Sat it was crowded and I couldnt sleep because the next door guests keep going in and out till after 2:00 AM.
We were looking for spaciouse cleaned rooms with heated swimming pool and a nice clean hot tub, the sauna made our visit an excellent experience. We enjoyed their hot breakfast which includes omlete with cheese, cereal, cupcakes, danish, and bagels, Juice was good too, however, the fruits were always old and not fresh, so we couldnt eat it.
Coffee & tea were served 24 hrs with some cookies at the front desk,
Staff were very nice ,helpful and professional.

We stayed at the hotel for two days from a Sunday to a Tuesday. We had two rooms and a bunch of teenagers with us. Normally I get a sore back at hotel, not here-yay! The free breakfast buffet was great. We arrived early the first day and the hostess was awesome--she gave the kids a snack to go. The next day we arrived a half hour before they shut down and they food was still awesome--oops we slept in:) The kids could make their own waffles--they loved it! They replenished the bacon for us and it was great. The pool was warm enough for an old person like me to get in--we loved it. What I really love is that the place was clean and in good repair The parking is free and we got the package and dined on the 9th floor of the Embassy hotel Keg, right in front of the falls.Beautiful! The hotel is about a five minute drive from the Clifton Hill strip--a little far, but a scenic drive along the river. The tv channels were okay--but they told us their looking into getting a new service provider--we just watched our netflix because its free wifi:) Loved it!

My husband and I stayed here last year and then we returned with our two year old daughter recently. The hotel is good value, located a block away from Niagara Falls bus terminal and train station with easy connections to the falls themselves. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub thoroughly and the breakfast as well. They offered egg omlette, sausage, toast, bagel, fruit salad, yogurts, muffins, waffles, fresh fruit juice, a wide range of flavoured coffees, tea and hot chocolate etc etc, lots to chose from. Rooms were standard hotel, nice fresh sheets, clean towels, fresh smelling. Good for the solo traveler or large groups! I would definitely return again!
