Good clean rooms. Comfy up to date beds. Nice pool and whirlpool. Wonderful "Free" breakfast with hot choices too. Get to breakfast early though, it fills up!
Most staff friendly and helpful. Major plus, they still have smoking rooms available!

This hotel was truely great value for money.

I chose this hotel because it was a short walk to the main bus station which was the hub for our activities on our visit.

I was pleasantly impressed by the hotel, the rooms were big and clean, the complimentry breakfast was filling, there were free coffee's available all day.

The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The area was quiet, and was maybe a couple of miles from the falls area, but there were good bus options to the falls area talking about 5-10 mins.

In October there wasnt much choice close to eat and drink, however there were plenty of restaurants that would deliver to the hotel.

I would happily stop here again and would happily reccomend it to pepole who do not need to be close to the falls, or who need to stay on a budget.

The hotel was good value for the money. I enjoyed my stay. Impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel.

this hotel was a good place to stay. Clean,comfortable,and friendly service. Breakfast was quite good. Location is great as it is out of the main conjestion and noise, and it is close enough to Niagara-On-The-Lake and all the area wineries and attractions..Have stayed here before and will come again.
