With an package awesome package from jaunt.ca our stay was amazing. Hotel check in line up was lengthy but moved very quickly. We arrived at 3pm and were able to check in early (check in is 4pm). The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The bed was so comfy! I rated the sleep quality as Very Good because I don't sleep well in new places the first night so it is my own issue which imapcted the rating.

Close to all attractions and a great selection of bars or restaurants.
Fallsview and Dragonfly is across the street. With a covered walk way from the lobby level.
Shuttle takes you past the falls so if it's wet or snowy then you can still see the sights. Regular drop offs and pick ups. Our package came with it for free otherwise it is $5 a person for your stay.

It was only last week and I am already looking for a comparable package so that we can go back!

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton simply because it always offers a great deal. I stayed with two friends since we decided to have a girl’s weekend out and wanted to head out to Dragon Fly at night. The Four Points is right by Dragon Fly which saved on having to pay for a cab ride to and from the club.

The room was spacious and clean as I remembered one year earlier. The room served its purpose for the night that we stayed there. Clean sheets and lots of comfy pillows! Would I return to the Four Points by Sheraton? Of course! As long as they keep their prices low.

PS. Parking can be expensive... I heard that you can play at the casino and park for free.

I suppose for what I paid I should not be complaining,but there were several negatives. First, their signage is horrible; we couldn't find the hotel and had to call to find out where they were. Their parking lot is small AND they charge you $20 to park; I realize charging for parking is common for hotels these days, but $20 per night?! We had a room on the top floor and the view of the falls was great, but they have so many curtains on the windows it obscures the view. We thought we were getting a King sized bed, but it turned out to be a Queen. The tv worked fine, but the way its programmed makes it difficult to change channels; quite annoying. Finally, a portion of the walkway to the casino is underground; my wife commented that it was rather barren and dingy, and a woman alone may not feel safe,

My fiancé and I spent an evening at the Four Points Sheraton in Niagara Falls because we needed a breather that wouldn't cost us too much, and we got the deal on the Four Points website. We were promised a King room with a jacuzzi, as well as a $40 voucher for The Keg. We took the GO Train & Bus from Toronto and walked from the Stanley Avenue and Highway 420 stop, which took about twenty minutes - not bad in the nice weather!
Check-in wasn't until 4pm, but we went to the desk at 1:30 and our room was already prepared, so they checked us in early for no extra cost. The service was excellent (though the multiple lobbies were a bit confusing at first!) We found our room quite easily, and it was spacious and clean. We didn't have a falls view, but we could see the top of the Canadian falls from our room, which was kind of nice. The jacuzzi was the perfect size, the soaps offered smelled lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
All of our interactions with the staff were very pleasant, and they even held onto our bags while we explored for the afternoon after check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel (even if I'm not a huge fan of Niagara Falls as a whole!)
