My boyfriend and I had booked the "Honeymoon Suite" which included a king size bed and a heart shaped jacuzzi for New Years. We booked in advance, as prices obvioulsy sky rocket as you get closer to New Years Eve. We arrived to the Admiral Inn half an hour before our scheduled time, we handed the man our confirmation number. As he was shuffling through his books and computer, and going up and down stairs to speak to somebody he then said that we were not booked in. Even though we had a confirmation number, and had given him my VISA number when I booked in November. I explained to him over and over when we had booked, that I had asked the gentleman on the phone when I booked if he was SURE we had booked the honeymoon suite and all the man at the front desk could say was "No mam, sorry" "No mam, this could not be" I argued that I had the confirmation number, I asked him how it was possible that I had a confirmation number to his Inn if I had never spoken to a person who worked there. He still shook his head and said no, he offered us a regular king size room (apparently the last one left he had available) seeing as it was New Years, and we had no where else to stay and everywhere else would be booked we went ahead. He gave us a measly discount, and away we went up to our room. It was awful, I felt as though I was in a horrow movie. The room had an awful stench, the bathroom door had a hole in it. The window ledge had broken glass and the carpets were all stained. The bathroom had no towel rack, and the bathtub was black not to mention the walls hadnt been washed in years, there were old water marks everywhere. We phoned around to almost every other hotel/motel/inn and were not able to find anything that would fit into our budget. We decided we would not be in the room much anyways, it was new years there was no possibility of us finding a room anywhere else we would just deal. We did not spend anytime in the room, except for sleeping. We put our clothes over the comfortor and slept ontop of it. Was so disgusted, and want people to understand this place is not worthy of your money. They are unorganized, dirty and the staff are liars/very unhelpful!! Have never had such an awful experience. Please beware, and look around at reviews before you make any decisions on where you are staying not worth your time or money....or in some cases I may even say your health.

1.) There is no room service that does not exist..
2.) Some of the rooms that are shown do not exist.
3.) Serivce of the motel was terrible and disgusting.

I would like to say that I stayed in this hotel for one night and one night only then got out of there the next day. The beds were so gross they had stains all over them even bloody stains.
Are phone did not work in the room and the room smelt like mold. The room had BUGS all over it, as well as my friend stayed in the next room and this room had ROACHES. They only had one staff working the front and I saw nobody else. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! I have even contacted that health department to put in a complaint about the bugs. Please i am warning you you can find better motels for the same price in the area stay far away from this one.

Place was filthy the first room was freshly painted as in about 5 mins before we walked into and got paint on us. second room was there "best Room" hot tub room with rings around it no towels mold on the walls broken shower and no smoke detector. visibly sagging bed can't say if it was comfortable was afraid to touch it. canceled our res and got a refund . only good thing i can say about the place is it has free parking. other then that it's a total waste of a great local.
