After a lot of back-and-forth of hotels in the Niagara Falls, CA region, we finally settled on this one. As the other reviews state, it's very clean--a MUST for me. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, even when one was just "filling in for 2 hours" and gave us some inaccurate information. Didn't ruin anything, tho! This hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the falls and/or Fallsview Casino. We were on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator, so be prepared if you have heavy bags. The bed was firm and bed linens were fine. My main disappointment was the towels...plenty of them, but they're extremely thin, rough and on the small side. I'm spoiled with large fluffy towels. The wallpaper is dated, and it didn't look to be put up by professionals--messy seams, etc. There is no frig in the room, even though there appears to be a cabinet for one. Also, it was very easy to hear conversation and tv from the room next door, and when their shower came on it was loud for us! Not horrible, but I'm glad our neighbors didn't stay up too late.
All in all, for the price paid, it's a fine hotel. The on-site restaurant for breakfast is basic and cheap. Would we stay there again? Possibly. But for $10-15 a night, we might investigate getting one with a bit more conveniences.
