The location of this hotel is second to none if you are one who wants to be in the heart of the action and has children.

Our room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpul and check in was a breeze. The pool got a little busy at dinner time, and the hot tub was a wee bit crowded (not for me - yuck). If you don't want to compete for space I recommend you try to get there prior to dinner time as everyone is in for a break from the action.

We appreciated the continental breakfast which was much more that what you would expect. They had a lot to chose from. We wil certainly return.

My son and I stayed here overnight on our way to Buffalo (beat the border crowd). I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid but I was very pleasantly surprised. I booked a tower room and although the decor was old-style (grays & burgundys), the room and bathroom amenities were modern and VERY clean. The lobby and pool area look like they were built within the last few years, and I was sorry we didn't have a chance to use the pool.

The only negative experience I had was that since breakfast wasn't included as opposed to many other Comfort Inns (I knew this in advance) there is an IHOP on site which was very expensive for what you get. Next time I'd have breakfast elsewhere.

If I did a similar trip in the future, I would strongly consider staying here again - even for a couple of nights.

We stayed here during our recent trip to Niagara. Choice hotels are currently running a wonderful promotion , stay 2 nights and get one free thus our reason to stay here. We were in a newer room in the tower. Rooms are very dark and quite dreary with dated furniture. Front desk told us that our room was much better than the motel type rooms so I hate to think what they looked like! Everything was very clean and the front desk helpful. Kids were having great fun in the indoor pool which also looked well kept. Location is good if you want to shop at the Outlet Mall ( right beside). There are a few decent restaurants close that you could walk to and the bus runs right in front on Lundy's Lane. For the value Hampton Inn North of the Falls is much better, really no comparison. No free breakfast here either but they do have an IHOP adjacent. (Try the Flying Saucer for their 1.99 Breakfast just down the road )Stay was fine but we would not stay here again if given the choice

Just got back from this hotel and have to say it was a nice clean room, the pool looked great although we didn't get to use it as we got back from our outing too late. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The only complaint was there was a tour group that checked in after us, and some of them were in the room across the hall, THEY KEPT US UP ALL NIGHT even after being told to quiet down. Otherwise it is a great hotel and we will defintely be back.
