We stayed here during our recent trip to Niagara. Choice hotels are currently running a wonderful promotion , stay 2 nights and get one free thus our reason to stay here. We were in a newer room in the tower. Rooms are very dark and quite dreary with dated furniture. Front desk told us that our room was much better than the motel type rooms so I hate to think what they looked like! Everything was very clean and the front desk helpful. Kids were having great fun in the indoor pool which also looked well kept. Location is good if you want to shop at the Outlet Mall ( right beside). There are a few decent restaurants close that you could walk to and the bus runs right in front on Lundy's Lane. For the value Hampton Inn North of the Falls is much better, really no comparison. No free breakfast here either but they do have an IHOP adjacent. (Try the Flying Saucer for their 1.99 Breakfast just down the road )Stay was fine but we would not stay here again if given the choice

Just got back from this hotel and have to say it was a nice clean room, the pool looked great although we didn't get to use it as we got back from our outing too late. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The only complaint was there was a tour group that checked in after us, and some of them were in the room across the hall, THEY KEPT US UP ALL NIGHT even after being told to quiet down. Otherwise it is a great hotel and we will defintely be back.

My fiance/husband and I stayed here, along with our friends and family, for 5 nights for our destination wedding last month. The price point was perfect to fit the varying budgets of all our guests. The location is beyond convenient--close to all the Falls attractions, and also very easy to hop on the QEW, which was nice because our wedding was in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Being in a very touristy area, though lacking in charm, makes easy access to cheap eats and shopping within walking distance. The front desk was friendly and accommodating to us and our guests.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable (we and all of our guests stayed in the newer 'interior hotel' part), and the water pressure in the shower was adequate--something I look for at any hotel. My only 2 very petty gripes with the room were the lack of lighting and the lack of a full length mirror. Both of these probably wouldn't have mattered to me as much if I weren't dressing for a wedding in our room.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, and would stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and our experience was wonderful. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and quiet. Thank you for helping to make our anniversary fantastic! We will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
