This place was great. I read some of the reviews and was a bit hesitant to book.I did anyway and was pleasently suprised. me and my wife spent the weekend there. Hotel was very clean and had a great location. We did not use our car once. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions on what to do.

i was there from the 17th for 2 night at room 107
the tub definately needs to be changed: few years of dirt is there
the ceiling and the fan of the bathroom full of dust, the balcony with lot of spiderweb
i mentionned it to the reception after the first night but nothing was fixed
at the pool the water is so blurred that you do not see the bottom
do not go there!!
i went to other econolodge but this is the worst ever

I admit it's not the best looking hotel in Niagara Falls, not even close. But the price we paid to be in the middle of everything, definitely worth it! Great place to stay for people looking for just a place to sleep - don't expect much with the amenities. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. A block away from Casino Niagara, and many restuarants within a 5 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Okay I'm going to be honest -so be prepared !

The GOOD: close to the main strip ; clean; spacious, kids enjoyed the pool; we enjoyed the little porch but it wasnt too safe no latch on the door to lock it only a wooden broom handle looking thing in the bottom.ah HELLO who cant break that!?
Parking-there are so many parking spots near the hotel and once its full you will just go accross the road and park on a gravel area.its not that bad-like half a second away so thats good:)
ONE staff person we saw was friendly and did bring the cot right away.

Breakfast-go down the main drag to the right and theres a breakfast place run by a family-its good
$4.99 for 2eggs /toast
i got the big breakfast for $8...and shared it was great! nice family
clean and nice area to sit.
kinda old italian feel -i liked it


The BAD: could barley find the hotel sign (or hotel)
one person on duty, looks like a scene from a hollywood movie
THIN walls -you can hear your neighbor peeing and other unmentionables.
We could hear cars and busses going past at all hours of the night.
No hottub-pool was okay the kids liked it ; more warm then cold.
noone was there so it was nice to have it to ourselves but its tiny.
no breakfast buffett.
felt a bit unsafe.
There were locals that came yelling and swearing in the afternoon looking for someone-that LIVED on the second floor- they were so loud and we were on the balcony and they still loud saying rude words -but what are you going to do right.


THE UGLY -
The motel is right up near a very very very LOUD BAR.!
at 11p,m we turned into sleep and all of a sudden we heard this guy singing and we culd hear all the words and every one yelling and clapping! till 2am.
WE mentioned this to someone and they said "they cant control " the bars noise and the bands they have .
so with the music blarring and all we didnt sleep till way after 2a.m. even put the bathroom fan on to drown the noise -it helped:)and the fan is loud!.
so for that reason i wouldnt go back unless im planning on joining them and i m not!.
