This hotel is good if you're going with friends to party at the local bars and do some pre-drinking.
Mattresses were dirty (seriously, there was brownish-red staining on the side of both of them). I'm sure that when you're drunk you won't be paying attention to that.
The weekend we went the hotel was full of young people looking for a good time. At 3am, there was people visiting hotel rooms and shouting. Excellent for mingling with the bar-goers.
This place is no good for families. Too loud, too much commotion. Your kids will not sleep, you will be grossed out by the mattresses, etc.
A warning to those looking to be loud after 10pm, there is some sort of hall monitor (whom we nicknamed Paul Blart) who walks the halls and comes knocking when its loud. However, if there are other rooms being equally loud, he'll have a hard time keeping up and you'll get away with it ;)
The air conditioning was great, the beds ridiculously comfortable (despite questionable sanitation), and the front desk lady was reasonably friendly.
Major complaint is that they complain about ice in this place. You have to go to the front desk to get it, and they limit how much you can take at a time. These guys are very stingy with the ice, and when you've got two rooms and six people trying to make drinks, that can be problematic.
Also, no fridge in the rooms. Online it said there would be fridges in the rooms, and there wasn't.
Again, families won't enjoy this place. However, the younger crowd that's just looking to have a good time will probably find this place suits them perfectly (price and accommodation wise).
Room Tip: Rooms on the second floor are quieter.
