Cant beat the location. Especially those families making use of the indoor waterpark. Also close to all attractions and restaurants.
Rooms were average. Bathroom could have been cleaner but I have stayed in worse. Depending on what your paying, could be a great value.
Service at front desk was great. Very courteous and friendly.
They gave us a discount to a restaurant that was shut down, so be sure to ask about this if they give you coupons!
Over all, average hotel. We weren't in the room much so it didn't matter to us. Certainly not 5 star but you could do worse.

This hotel has waterpark packages which are excellent compared to something like The Greatwolf Resort which is quite expensive. Skyline has indoor access to waterpark. The watermark is very decent and has many slides for many ages.

We just stayed at the Skyline Inn (again!) and can report (again!) that we had a great time! We are a family of four and this hotel accommodates families perfectly. We stayed with another family of four and had adjoining rooms opening out into the courtyard. The staff was accommodating and the room was clean. The indoor courtyards at the Skyline Inn are perfect places for the kids and adults to gather. Very easy access to the waterpark across the indoor walkway. There is indoor access to the other hotels, restaurants and stores in the complex. You don't even need to go outside for anything once you're in the hotel! This hotel is situated extremely close to the Falls and Clifton Hill and all attractions are within a minute or two of walking. You really can't pick a more affordable and easy place to stay in Niagara Falls. This Niagara local knows you'll have a great stay if you book at this hotel. Have fun!

We went with our toddler son to the water park and stayed two nights. December is the low season, so we were not sure what to expect. Check in and out was quick. At check in we discovered that the hotel could get us day passes at a low rate, which saved us a bundle.The room was nice and big enough for a toddler to run around in. Loved the courtyard. Easy access to the walkway between the water park and the hotel. The attached Perkins restaurant gave us a discount with our room key. The lady cleaning the rooms supplied us with extra towels and smiled at us whenever we passed her in the days that followed. In our quest for some medication on our first night, the man at the front desk gave specific directions to the closest drugstore. He also later supplied us with 6 take-out menus so we could get a pizza. very positive experience. Will stay again.
