I can sum this place up in one word : DISGUSTING. I really hope people read this before they book here because I would not want anyone to have to stay here! As you walk through the back of the lobby there are dusty, torn couches. Not only are these couches disgustingly dirty-they are infested with bees! My boyfriend and I checked in and got in our room where only one lamp worked. There were dead bees on the window ledge and the bathroom was spotted with black mold from the sink to the bath tub. The website promises many things that are not included. We were told that a fridge would be included in our room and it was not. When we went to complain they told us they could bring us one and we waited about 2 hours after all our food was already defrosted. Not only did I not want to be in this room-I couldn't imagine having to sleep in there that night. My other 12 friends rented the "6 person suite" which was also disgusting. We spotted bugs in the bed and in one of the suites there was profanity written all over the walls. One of my friends complained about how dirty their room was to an employee. He said he would clean it up but only spent about 10 minutes wiping the television(that didn't work!) and the bathroom. He then asked my friend "why on earth would you stay here?". I could not believe I was paying to stay in this place. The website is VERY deceiving and I hope many people will read this before booking your room at the bee-infested "Red Carpet Inn".

I stayed there for 3 months and totaly enjoyed it the place was clean moast the time rooms basic, but staff was fun helpfull, and gave me the same treatment i get from any 4 star hotel..the managers was friendly. thanks to all the staff , Rob-Chris- Garry(British bull dog)-and maxthe cleaner &pancake tosser.it was a 5 min walk from the falls and clifton hill. lots off resterants . plenty of free car parking at motel. secure, and a very large and exelant clean swimming pool open from 8 till late..children fraindly too value for money great for back packers, as they also have dorms for you....

dirty rooms, lots of problems with our room, they tried to give the same room to other people when we were already checked in. staff incompetent. loud airco. one tip : pay a little bit more and go to another motel

They try to cheat you out of your money. At checking in they 'forgot' to charge my credit card; when I came back to the hotel on the first night (it was already too late to find another hotel) they added over 20% to the amount I owed them, and which was listed in my receipt as 'total cost of room' and said that I had to pay the increased amount. Turns out the 'total amount' did not include any taxes, and they also added another 'service charge'.None of these fees were included in the advertised price, nor in the sum titled 'totaled cost' in the reservation. Would NEVER stay here again - if you do, make sure you read the fine print in your reservation.
