“A nice quiet place to stay in winter”

I had a great stay here in the middle of winter. It was quiet, because the hotel was not busy at all. The people at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The price was right and the building is in a central location - a short walk from Clifton Hill and a slightly longer walk (10-15 minutes) from the Fallsview Casino and all the restaurants at that end. The falls themselves are just down the road from the Casino. There's a bus stop just behind the hotel.

Good accomodations, location and price, friendly staff, what more do you need in a hotel? Definitely recommended.

“Good price, good lcation Ok hotel”

Cheap hotel in a good location. Very nice staff. Small room but very clean. Ok hotel for the price we paid. Good parking space but paying.

“Great stay”

Stayed here for one night in January for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. This is a great hotel if you're looking for something afforable. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to all of the main attractions, the rooms are clean, parking is cheap, breakfast included and the service is great.

“Cheap manager”

My family was here in the summer. The fire alarm broke out at about 1:30 am and all guests had to be out. Some guests came down with bare feet. Not until 4:00 am we returned to the room and had a bad night sleep. The next day I asked the manager to discount or give a compensation coupon for our sleeping problem, the front desk asked me to wait. Then I waited for an hour, the answer was no compensate for anything. I have pictures for that night.

Room Tip: When the guest complained and the event was caused by the Hotel, the manager should know how to hand...

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay in Niagara Falls.
However, I do believe that you have mistaken our hotel with another property.
I personally do not recall any Fire Alarms going off this summer. To ensure that I was not mistaken, I spoke to Front Desk Staff and they do not recall any Fire Alarms.
I would like to be able to assist you but unfortunately you have reviewed the wrong hotel.

“Very pleasant stay”

The Travelodge was inexpensive, clean, a great location and the staff were very hospitable.
Our room was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was within 15 min walking distance in any direction. We enjoyed a very pleasant, peaceful stay.
