Stayed one night at the Imperial Hotel, and loved every minute of it. The room was spacious, clean and the view was amazing. Short walk to Lundy's Lane was great and staff were very helpful. Definately going back, wouldn't stay any where else. Also The Golden Griddle Restaurant is attached and food was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Imperial many times and always very impressed with the staff (especially Peter) who are just so friendly and always very accomodating....VERY clean and close to all the attractions! Kudos to all the staff!!!!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights Jan 20/21 with a Teambuy voucher we bought for $99 for 2 nights. Just had to pay $10 a night for parking and taxes. The hotel needs some upgrades, but overall is what you pay for. It's not the Hilton, but it's still decent. Great location about 100 steps from Clifton Hill. Really can't beat the location for the price. Elevators are rough looking, but the room was ok. Beds were hard, wall paper was peeling a little but the room was huge with a sitting area, even had a microwave and fridge. Our two boys ages 3 & 5 were with us the first night and they loved the big room, lots of room for mini sticks. The pool area was decent as well. It had a cork flooring which is the first time I've seen that, and I loved the idea, stopped the kids from slipping,etc. Although the pool is the basement and this time of year, it was freezing downstairs. Overall, we were really happy with our choice. I'd stay there again for that price and even for a little more.

This is our second stay at the Imperial Hotel & Suites. My family of four checked in on December 25th until December 31st. The front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating to our enquiries (sad to say I can't remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was so friendly and helpful). Our reservation was made for a standard room and we were upgraded to a family suite, which was very clean and spacious. (Thanks to Peter for the upgrade). The House keeping staff, pool staff and laundry staff all added to the tremendous stay we had. The staff at the Golden Griddle Restaurant always had a smile on their faces and very friendly (the breakfast was tasty). Finding information on attractions, breakfast time, dinner time etc. is at your finger tips just by pressing the appropriate button on your room phone. My kids were asking us to stay a couple more days but we promised them that we would return for the March break which I am currently getting information on booking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with our without children – Imperial is a great hotel at a good location.
