My two young boys and myself stayed in the 100 's section of the hotel. It was a great deal, very clean and comfortable. We walked to everything within minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will be staying there again!

Affordable, great location, tranquil place, ground floor garden room, helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful! A quiet hotel that's close to everything in the Clifton Hill area. Bus service and taxi to the Canadian Falls is not expensive. We chose Clifton Hill because of the activities available and that also meant only once or twice to the Canadian Falls by bus or taxi. Everything else was within easy walking distance. The price was affordable and well worth it. A dream hotel for those with children. We will likely return next year.

I did not stay at this property as it pertains to this review so this review and rating is based on the service that I received subsequent to booking my reservation by a specific reservationist.

I booked a room for this coming new years eve. I received an email confirmation from the hotel advising me that my cancellation deadline was 24 hrs prior to day of arrival even though my actual email confirmation states that cancellation is day of arrival. When I contacted the hotel the reservationist who made my original reservation told me that she put my confirmation on the wrong template. I asked why didn't they call and tell me this since my reservation was made over 5 weeks prior and why did they send me an email with a cancellation policy that they knew was different than what they originally sent me? Very sneaky. I was simply told that all reservations for NYE require 24 notice and that their error was solved by sending me the email changing the terms of my reservation (??). Really, that's how you do business? I am not staying at any hotel where this is the type of behavior that is being exhibited even before I arrive. Warning - Check your reservation confirmations early and often!

booked room on a wed.7th of dec. on line for the saturday.found out by e-mail sat. morning the pool was closed when we were going to be there with a 4 & 15 yr old.They offered to let us cancel at no charge when we got to the hotel at 2:30 for check in . so we could look around for a room some where else. I asked why they didn't call the contact number they said i don't know that will be 89 plus tax how will you pay? I was told by another couple with enough complaning the got 10% off the bill $8.90.They ask for a contact number at time of booking all they had to do was use it. Now days that would be to much to ask !!!
