The front dining area as of January 2012 is under the renovation but they opened up another large room at the back to the first flr to serve breakfast. As a Hilton Honors member I was granted an upgrade to a beautiful suite and, bed was very comfortable, newspaper at the in the morning and great breakfast in spite of the reno's. Less than 5 minutes to the airport however the shuttle also went to the hotel next door which i did not know and delayed is a few more minutes but still got the my terminal in plenty of time.I was also able to get into the business centre yank the printer cord out of the PC into my MAC-pro and print out my boarding pass and plug the cord back into the PC. The business centre conveniently located behind the front desk and near the breakfast room.
I recommend this place for anyone catching a flight out of Toronto and it's about 40-50 dollars cheaper the the full service Holiday Inn around the corner.

Overall i have no complaints, rooms are nice, not as new as the hampton in the corporate center but very confortable, breakfast is really good, airport transportation is really good as well

We stay at this hotel whenever we are flying out of the country for a week (usually twice a year).Our most recent stay was 18 Dec'11. We use their Park-Stay and Go package which suits us nicely. They have a convenient shuttle service to the Airport and all you have to do upon return is phone the hotel and the shuttle will be sent to the airport terminal to pick you up. You are told where to stand for pick-up. It can be cold while you wait but it usually isn't long. The shuttle is also available to take you to nearby restaurants and pick you up, but Airport pick-ups take priority. The staff are friendly (we see the same staff there often, including the shuttle drivers and they have come to recognize us). The rooms are very clean. They offer a substantial breakfast but we are often gone by the time it is available given early flight times. It is easy to get to when driving across Toronto especially when you are not used to Toronto driving. We always recommend this Hotel to friends who are flying.

I stayed at the hotel on Business in December. The rooms were nice and location was good. My group of 3 was up early (5:45 AM) to meet with a customer. There was no coffee available. We asked the breakfast person and were told "the breakfast started at 6 AM". She was not very friendly.
