Internet not working properly so went to a five star hotel. Gym is small. Business center is small. If you want to photo copy or fax you pay. Its the 21st century nees to renovate with new equipment and the rooms needs to get it fixed. Everything is falling apart. Doesn't feel safe to park your car there becaus someone took out a license plate from one of the guest's car.

I come to Mississauga on business a few times a year. I have found this place to be the best place to say. It is close the place where I have to go for meetings, plus there are several restaurants near by. The staff working at the reception were friendly and proficient.
The room was clean, and had all the little things that make traveling easier, like coffee, fridge, microwave, hair-dryer, and iron. The hotel also had free high speed internet which is nice, unlike other places that charge extra. There was also no extra charge for parking; it always annoys me when hotel that are not located in downtown (where there is little space for parking) charge extra for parking.
The breakfast was decent, oh and also free. That is one of the things that I like about this place is most thing are included and there is no extra charge, except to the obvious ex: pay-per view, long-distance calling, and laundry.
All and all this was a pretty good place, and well worth the price. It is nice to find a place like this especially given the current economy.

When I walked in the receptionist took down all the wrong information, my name and address were misspelled to the point where we had to just do it all over.
As I walked in the place had an old age home smell, air felt very thick.
The air conditioning was not even cold and the breakfast the following morning was not cooked properly.
I won't be coming again

the hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly. the breakfast in the morning was great, hot and cold stuff, didn't expect that at all. the rate was great, $85 for a Tuesday night. They had a fridge and microwave in the room as well, that was a nice surprise with travelling with a young one and keeping her good cold. It would have been nice to know this as they unplug everything to save power which i am for, but would have been nice to have it plugged in a few hours before check in time to make sure it was cold upon arrival. There was a mix up about our room and whether it was paid for up front or if we had to pay when we were there but they figured it out quickly and all was well.

Overall a very good hotel and we will definitely stay here again.
