This hotel may have had an overhaul but it is still tired. They use far too much carpet spray and scent - enough to kill a person with lung problems. The sleep was fine, the shuttle was excellent.

This was our 2nd stay here and again it was a great experience, Ziva left us a welcome gift in our room and everything was in order, everyone is friendly, the hotel is clean and modern. The hotel is literally across the street from terminal 3 so the convenience is great!!!

We chose this hotel as our sleep, fly and park. We had an early flight to begin our Cuban Vacation. The hotel offered shuttle service and a place to leave our car. The room was comfortable and met our needs. The restaurant, reasonably priced, provided us with our dinner. A pub is also on the premises. Our flight left at 6 am so the hotel left a bag breakfast in our room. The shuttle picked us up at 3 am and had us at the airport very quickly. The Driver provided a contact number for us to call when we returned. On our return, we called and the shuttle picked us up within minutes and brought us back to the hotel. Before we could head for home, we were in need of some assistance. The hotel staff went over and above our expectations to help us. They were absolutely great. Thank you so much.

I stayed one night at the Comfort Inn Toronto Airport and it was just perfect. It 's not a 5 stars but it was perfect. Good service at the front desk and from the shuttle driver, good breakfast in the morning, nice little cozy area to relax in the lobby and right beside the airport! Just perfect!
