Worst hotel I have ever been to. Front desk employees were unprofessional and rude on the night of Dec. 4th. I am also a Platinum Priority Card holder where I've gone to other Holiday Inns, Intercontinentals, Staybridge Suites and they happily offer me free upgrades (which is what I've earned on the Platinum status card) but I was given a grungy old 2 double beds room. On top of everything I was questioned about my Travel Agent status and asked to provide valid ID although for the past 5 years as an agent who has travelled all over the world, I have never once been given attiutude and trouble for not providing my ID as I always have all valid info needed. I go to hotels every weekend for the past 2 years and I have never had such horrible service at such a run down, outdated hotel in my life! This hotel gives this chain an awful reputation which is unfortunate because there are many better quality Holiday Inns elsewhere.

My partner and I stayed one night as I was in the area visiting one of the facilities down the road. The room was clean, the bed was almost too comfortable and the mini-suite room layout was very nice. There was a tv and pull out couch in the first room and a seperate bedroom. I really enjoyed this as I was there for business and could work in one room while my partner watched tv in the other room.
Above anything else, I found the customer service to be exceptional. I had a minor problem that was dealt with in the friendliest possible way. The continental breakfast was also delicious and included bacon, sausages and eggs - as opposed to the usual stale muffin/bagel type fair. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I were going to the area on business.

I stayed with the family for one night at this Holiday Inn in Mississauga, using points in the Point Breaks program. The rooms were a bit dated and not overly spacious but quiet, clean and the beds were good. Staff was friendly and overall, we had a good stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast buffet which was a great way to start the day.

Overall, we would stay there again on a next trip to the area.

Stayed for a couple of days with business colleagues, the room was not comfortable, the bed was way too hard, the sheet were far from soft and the pillows would not soften with time.....Bad headache....
Tere was no air circulation int the room so the only option was AC on or AC off...dry or be frozen...
The >suite> style had nothing interesting... and the TV were old with bad connection...

Weird thing happened one night when we asked the front desk to book us a taxi to go downtown....10 min later a non taxi SUV shows up and a guy , yells up through the window...'Jump in Man I,m your Cab'...no meter, no licence...we made a short trip to a local bad restaurant but were VERY puzzled by this situation...
However, kudos to the staff at the bar and in the kitchen, the barman was very entertaining and the food more than decent...Still that doesn<t make up for the horrible nights..
