Stayed 2 nights while a family member was a patient at Victoria Hospital across the street. Great rates and very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and free WiFi. Our family would totally recommend to others.

{} We had a unit in the top floor with two queen beds on a weekday. The unit was "quiet, clean, and comfortable", and all units are non-smoking (very nice). The important room, the washroom, was nice and clean. A note of caution though if your nose is sensitive to scents. Although I was fine with the smell of scented bed fabrics (I'm guessing the scent is due to usage of air fresheners), my parents were sensitive to the scent and couldn't sleep well (they typically don't buy/use scented products). Nonetheless, the unit was a good value for the price; my opinion.
{} The buffet breakfast had hot and cold selections and was satisfying to our stomachs. :-)
{} The lady at the check-in counter is warmhearted; I appreciated her kind words. We were visiting London to attend a funeral service nearby.
{} Also,,, Many Thanks to all the many-many warmhearted Strangers of London, Ontario, for their acts of kindness (whether from the sidewalk or from any side of the road) as the funeral procession passed by. Being from a megacity, it was an unbelievable sight to see so many people take time out of their busy schedule to pause for a funeral procession to pass by.

we stayed at this hotel while my fiancee had a scope done at the vic hospital we found it quiet and comfortable. I own a business and come into contact with alot of people throughout the year and definitly told them about our experience at the inn. Keep up the good work. SEE YOU DEC 20th. regards

The front desk clerk was very accommodating when we arrived, showing us two different types of rooms to ensure that we would be comfortable for our four-day stay. The hotel is centrally located for everything on the south side of the city.

Other reviewers have commented that the street noise bothered them. The first night we were there, it was snowing and raining and the road noise was more noticeable than the following nights. However, we did not find the noise out of the ordinary for a busy road. It was easy to block out the noise. We noticed no noise at all from other patrons of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed determined that we would enjoy our stay which we did.

We would have no qualms about returning to the hotel.
