This was by far my worst experience with the Ramada chain of hotels.
I was in town for a wedding and needed a room so booked this place with reward points. Not sure if this was the reason I was given such a poor room or not. The sink and bath tub were dirty and cracked. Screen on window was torn and falling out and wallpaper was hanging off the wall. Carpets were worn and old and chair had rips in it.
Never stay here again.

Having business trip to Canada and my trip was scheduled by my company. With no choices, I stayed in Ramada. The room is very clean and tidy and I like the color tone. Service is okay as I didnt request for extra items. No bad, but not out-standing. For business short trip, its fine.
Ramada on Exeter was always out of pool towels from the minute we got there. Pool was murky; staff forgot to turn on pool lights; no WiFi in any of the rooms and some rooms were not hardwired for ethernet port so the guy at the front desk said they are. He came to the room and said "oh I guess yours is the only one without one". Guests called tech. support who claimed they'd call back with a solution......no call back-no solution. One business office for use for all guests.....no sign in or sign out sheet so one person hogged the room for 1.5 hours checking her email until front desk asked her to leave so other guests could actually use it for business. Room lighting very poor...outdated lamps....bathrooms very small and outdated as well as doors. Rooms very drafty. People were smoking cigarettes down the hallway.....front desk did not seem to care. Place needs to be refurbished, cleaned up and updated, especially the WiFi needs to be in place asap!

Our team had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Inn in London the other weekend and were completely satisfied with every aspect of their hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already re-booked for our next tournament in October. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to many more stays at this hotel.

just dropping you a line thanking you for our stay last weekend. The room was excellent large King Size bed, microwave and bar fridge as well as high speed internet. Your host and Mike at the front desk were great. Didn't get to meet you but next year there will be more tournaments in London. Again thanks for the room and hope to see you next year.
