I stayed there once and really couldn't find anything nice to say about the place.
Spend the extra 10 - $20 and stay at the the Four Points by Sheraton just a few feet away. That is what I did upon my next visit to London. It was well worth the few extra dollars for a much newer, cleaner and more comfortable hotel room with 2 flat screen tvs, a very comfortable bed ...and did I mention clean? As well the staff is a lot more professional and pleasant at the Sheraton.

We have have been staying at this hotel for years and it's an excellent stay every time!

The hotel is an easy find if traveling by car from the HWY 401 and is surrounded by various types of restaurants (the hotel's own Smoke N Bones is the best rib and BBQ place we've ever been!!). The hotel is an easy cab ride downtown and an even easier cab ride to the mall. It has ample parking at the base, free unless you valet.

The hotel is an older building but they make up for it with a courteous front desk, a hardworking housekeeping staff, and very very clean rooms. Everyone is especially friendly! The bed is reason enough for us to choose the hotel every time. My husband and I have back and neck problems and so our bed at home is specific to our needs. It doesn't seem to matter which room we get, we sleep like babies on their beds. The free wifi is another bonus.

To anyone reading this review, you can do a lot worse than stay at this hotel. As I write this, we are actually on our way to London again, and of course we are booked at the London Hotels and Suites.

Place is clean. Feels like home away from home. Outstanding customer service

A pretty good hotel for the price - no breakfast included, but lots near by to eat at. Plus an on site restaurant. A nicely equipped fitness room with upper ( weights , stretching are ) and lower level. We took our dog , and he was warmly welcomed.
Within 7 min of shopping ( including Whiteoaks Mall, Winners, Old Navy etc ) and easy access to hwy 401.
The hotel is right around the corner from Chapters and Starbucks which opens at 6 am .
Overall the hotel is in good shape, although in need of updates ( our shower very outdated )
Clean room, and very courteous front desk.
Our second stay here, and I would stay again.....
