Nice to have a suite although the pullout couch was uncomfortable for two adults. Not sure who designed the doors between the two rooms in the suites but while the windows in these doors were attractive, they let the light through, thus defeating the purpose of having two separate rooms! My daughter, who wanted to sleep couldn't until Daddy turned off the tv - eventhough they were in separate parts of the suite - because of the see - through doors.

I recently stayed two nights at the 4 Points in London. The place is being renovated so it is a little strange navigating around but the staff were great. The food on site was good. You are close by to White Oaks Mall and numerous popular restaurant chains. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed (at least in the tower where I had a king suite). The major drawback for me was the distance from the downtown core and UWO. Additionally the gym is a bit small so if you want to get on the 1 eliptical they have you better show up early.

We booked 17 rooms for our hockey tournament and it all went smoothly. The check in was quick and the service throughout the weekend was great. We had an opportunity to also have the buffet breakfast and it was great along with the coffee/snack bar. Kids had a blast in the pool! Thank you for a great stay!

I just stayed here for two nights for work. I chose this hotel so I could collect my SPG points and didn't realize how far from downtown it is ($20+ cab ride one way). It's one main road (Wellington) to get into downtown so one day I actually took the public bus back to the hotel. There's a mall and movie theatre across the street and so that was easy to walk to. The renos are a bit of a nuisance (having to walk outside and around the building to the rooms), but I didn't find it noisy and staff were most accommodating. On the night I arrived, a hotel staffer offered to escort me to the elevator - I'm glad she did, I wouldn't have found it otherwise. I had a king suite which was clean, roomy and nice. The bathroom was small and dated (almost like a NYC bathroom) but it was fine for two days. I've stayed at a Four Points that was completely renovated (Fisherman's Wharf - San Francisco) so it will be totally worth it once it's done. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, lots of choice and the restaurant staff was also friendly. I would go back if I'm ever in London again on business.
