I stayed here just one night for a business retreat and found it quiet, clean and comfortable. The owner was away and so she had someone looking after the place for her but everything was just fine. A great location just minutes from downtown, too.

This is THE place to stay in Kingston. Wonderful accomodation, excellent hostess, and an easy walk to anywhere of interest in Kingston. It is hard to cite all the good stuff, so I will give it a try:
--great breakfast
--easy walk to the best restaurants and clubs in town
--The hostess is a great source of knowledge and knows both the history and the best current restaurants in town
--two blocks from the waterfront and good walking/jogging areas
--the rooms are very well appointed and quiet
--secure internet connection in the room with plenty of bandwidth
--Easy to get to from the main highway
--Off street parking behind the B&B

I could go on longer but you get the picture. Only one warning, this is not the place if you are either alergic to or afraid of dogs and cats.

We frequently stay at B&Bs and this is one of the best that we have come across in a while.

What a wonderful place to stay! I really found this B&B to be a great place to stay in Kingston. It's got a great location close to the centre so you can have a lovely walk in. Barbara the owner is lovely and although we only had one night in Kingston she recommended a lovely restaurant to eat in and told us what was good to visit in the short time we had in Kingston.

When we arrived Barbara made us a lovely pot of tea and we sat in the pretty garden for a while with her beautiful cats for company. We stayed in the 'room with a view' and the bed was really comfy, the decor is really pretty and everything is spotless. Breakfast was fabulous, with three yummy courses. My only regret about my time in Kingston is that we were only there for one night! I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Great deal for the price range. The friendly Hostess, Barbara gave me many suggestions for the sight seeing, restaurant and activities... every thing I needed to know. As a result, I enjoyed my 1 1/2 day stay 120%! ! The room was so comfortable and beautifully maintained. Don't miss it.
