Please just spend the money to go somewhere else. This place was so small you had to back out of your room. The SuperStarter breakfast was toast, cereal or a donuts. They all looked nasty. This is one of those hotels i wish i had not booked. It should not be in the Super 8 chain as it is a dump. Positive the sheets were clean. They did not ask how are stay was because i am sure they know everyone's answer. It sucked!

Our stay was OK, nothing fancy. We arrived in town late and it was here or not at all. In fairness the manager told me the room was small. But it was so small there was almost no room to put the suitcases and if I slid far enough down in bed I could turn TV off with my toes. Bathroom had 2 bulbs missing with toilet paper shoved into empty sockets. 1 plug in room, no fridge, and ice machine was empty.

Very small bathroom, plug in for computer was only two-prong so had to purchase plug extender with three prong. Minimalistic breakfast but it included coffee so..... Hall way pretty grungie. Staff very helpful. Refurbished old hotel in good location. Towels very minimal, one felt rather like sandpaper! Buyer beware: you gets what you pays for. Smoke alarm in the bedroom went off after each shower when I opened the door!! Overall, we are used to a better standard but booked too late and had few choices.

Manager very accomodating, let us take our (clean !) bicycles into room. Hot shower, clean rom, no noise, airco, slept like a log ! $79 + tax seemed like a good deal for Kingston, downtown a 25 minute walk. Breakfast included but they needed to refill supplies.
