I travel for business, frequently, to Kanata and have stayed in most of the hotels in the area at least once, and in my opinion this is the best. Rooms are great, staff is wonderful, beds are comfortable, and the restaurant is superb.

I stayed at this hotel Saturday November 5 was in town for the Sens Game. When we arrived
we tried to check in and were told the room was not ready. The lady working the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. We left and came back again to check in it did not go so smooth. We ate at the restaurant. great food horrible service. Stay away from this place

Very clean hotel with fantastic rooms. Many restaurants located in walking distance as well as large shopping area. Staff were very friendly and responsive to my needs. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and offers fantastic room service.

From the minute I walked in, I was pleasantly surprise ...staff at the front desk, are friendly, polite, smiling, I felt like I was a family member! And the location of the Hotel,couldn't be better, it's located just off the Highway 417, so you take exit 139 and within 4 minutes your in the Hotel driveway, so no trouble at all to find the place, It's also 5 minutes drive to Scotiabank Place, if you want to go to a Hockey game or see a show ( not even 10$ for a taxi ride) !

My room ( executive floor) , was everything I was hoping for and more... very clean , spacious, a work desk, etc.

I tried the restaurant Graffiti's Restaurant & Saloon, I had 2 meals while I stayed at the hotel, a Dinner and a breakfast ; I had my dinner sitting at the bar, when I came in, I was just going for a glass of wine, expecting to come back later (after the show at Scotiabank place) , to have a complete dinner ; But while I was talking to the friendly barman , he told me that it's was Sunday and they were closing at 10; So , it was 5h50 , usualy I don't eat at that time, I decided to have my food...the barman ordered my food and it took 10 minutes and my food was readyI tried the Seafood Linguini w/ Pesto , it's served with an home-made bread ( with some cheese inside); that meal was simply delicious and I made it in time to the show !

This morning I went for the Breakfast, service was fast, again the staff were smiling even if it was a bit of a rush, I had the classic breakfast (eggs , bacon, etc.) , they left a pot of coffee( thermos) on the table so I can help myself for more coffee if I wanted to, They even brought me a cup with a lid, In case I want to bring some coffee with me after the breakfast ( I didn't even had to ask for it) , The staff in general will go the extra miles , to make your stay as pleasant as possible,

If I would recommend this Hotel to people ? without any hesitation!!!!
