The Days Inn is well situated for walking or taking transit in Hamilton. The staff were very pleasant. There is unfortunately no elevator to the second floor, so I had to haul my rather heavy bag up a couple flights of stairs. The room was cute and clean and well appointed. Unfortunately some Jersey Shore types were staying the same night as I and partied from one am until five am. In my sleepy delirium I was not sure if calling down to the front would put me in touch with anyone, since they hadn't mentioned if they had 24 hour concierge. In the morning the party clowns were in their underwear and no shoes making a mess in the little breakfast nook with the waffle iron. I would have appreciated the hotel forcing them to adhere to a few basic standards of decency, consideration and hygiene, but I recognize that this is sometimes difficult to do. The included breakfast is a nice selection of bagels, cereals, waffle batter+waffle iron, coffee and juice.
The customer feedback card in my room was already filled out and dated December 2011, which didn't do much to convince me that they're terribly interested in the customer feedback.
I would stay again, I just hope the partiers (who sat in the hallway drinking and banging on doors, and from the sound of it, banging on each other) won't be there next time.
