bad front desk reception. Long wait period the room was badly rundown with a cigarette burn on the comforter.No toilet paper in the bathroom and one bathtowel.I had no housekeeping service on saturday.I took the trash out myself and the free complimentry breakfast was very cold I asked for clean bath towels only to be told they are in the laundry room.I asked to speak to a manager and their was no manager onsite.I was terribly upset because my room which I booked in advance was nonsmoking and it reeked of cigarette smell I would definately advice anyone who is travelling to the cambridge area to go elsewhere.Thank-you

My fiance and I stayed here last night, and it was wonderful. Was the best price that was offered in the area and was so cozy. Was a smaller of the Comfort Inns I've ever seen, but not uncomfortable. And they totally make it work.
The front desk girl was pleasant and chatty, which is good to me, cause I hate when I have "a rock" serve me. I love personal service.
And was very clean! The housekeeping was very throrogh with the room we were in, not a thing dirty nor dusty! The only complaint I have about the room was the bed was rather high for me (I'm on the shorter side) and I found the matress to be very hard.
And the morning breakfast lady...was just a peach! Made sure everything stocked to the fullest and charming!!

We were travelling with two young children on the way home from vacationing in Muskoka. We had planned on driving straight home that day but got stuck in some unforseen traffic on the highways delaying our trip a great deal. Having seen the Comfort Inn sign from the highway we ventured off the highway. We found the rate was good and the room had enough space to accommodate us. The girl on the front desk was very nice and even recommended a restaurant for us that offered a 'kids eat free' night on that particular day of the week. Breakfast in the morning had nice options for both parents and kids and the staff was very friendly each and every time we passed the lobby. There was also this great lawn space at the back of the hotel where the kids could play and let off some of that energy from being stuck in the car for so long. I would definately stay here again!

A friend and myself stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I will most certainly stay there again when I am in the area.
