We stay here several times a year for both business and leisure. We find it excellent value and no surprises.

The room was a basic clean place to sleep. Beds very comfortable. Right off the 401, and across the road is a shopping plaza (Best Buy, Futureshop, some clothing outlets for good deals, and a Montanas restaurant and Chuck E Cheeses)

Very convenient if you need a place to stay for a night or two in Cambridge.

I stay at this Best Western for both business and if in the area for shopping or dinner (Blackshop just down the road). It is right off the 401 with easy access. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and a great breakfast is included. It's all you need!

The staff at the hotel are very good and willing to work at improving things. However, some things have slid in quality in the past few months since I was there last. When I checked in the TV was not working and had to be fixed (or replaced). I wanted to enjoy the hot tub and while it was hot, it was filthy. They did clean up after I complained. The Business Centre's computers were not working to speed. The room was fairly clean, but the corners needed attention. the door keys fail to work after a day. I will likely return because the price is good. Weekends tend to be more chaotic than weekdays (likely different management).
