All the staff were really nice. Hotel room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was a good enough size. Hotel is currently expanding so there was construction going on, but it did not interfere with our sleeping, comfort, etc. If ever in the area we will definately come back.

Best Western ruined my Valentines Day. The room was filthy. There was pee on the toilet seat, mold on the bathroom walls, pubic hair on the floors and shower. There were stains of spilled drinks on the desk and walls. There was dust everywhere. I had to clean the coffee maker before using it because it was so dusty. The coffee maker clogged and spilled boiling water all over me. I had to run cool water over my burns which is when I discoverd how disgusting the shower was. We had to leave so we could go to the drugstore to treat my burns. We went straight home after that. We called the next morning to speak to the manager. He told me he would call me back, which he never did. I called him back and he was very rude to me and would not refund my money. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while attending a wedding. When we arrived, the hotel had ample parking and was clean. We had booked a king bed since it was cheaper. Upon check-in, the receptionist saw the 2 of us and offer 2 queens for the same price which we gladly accepted. The rooms were updated and clean. We ate breakfast there twice. They had a nice selection- make your own waffles, bagels, hot/dry cereal, danishes, muffins, hard boiled eggs, milk, coffee and juices. The dining area had ample room and was larger than most I've seen in past. There was plenty of food. During our 3 day stay, we were in and out of the hotel several times and I managed to leave my room key in my room at least 3 times. The staff politely provided me with a new one each time. The exercise room was small- just 4 pieces of equipment, but functional. My daughter swam in the salt water pool which appeared clean. The water was warm. They also had a small business room with free internet access. This hotel was directly off the QEW which made it easily accessible. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Booked my room online, arrived at hotel, went our for dinner, came back got into bed--Marijuana on the pillow from the last crackhead that stayed there, called front desk spoke to Sonny, he questioned my desire to move to another room and basically gave me a hassle for asking, we decided to leave after being told that you only have 15 minutes to decide if you don't like you room, too bad for you. Was also told that you must call customer service he wont refund my money; Ok I get it but when I ask to use the phone he says no too bad your no using our phone there is a visa phone in the lobby, this guy wouldn't even acknowledge that I was a human being and that the charge applied to my credit card was essentially my problem , despite the lack of satisfaction and non-stay at the hotel!
