On this trip we were travelling with friends from Germany through Ontario. For the days in Toronto area we chose this B&B for accommodation, as this spot is right in the middle of Toronto and Niagara Falls.

The B&B is located in a residential area with a small park across the street. The spot is quiet, nevertheless the QEW, ETR and the GO-train are nearby for an easy commute.

The closest shopping and restaurants are in walking distance.

The hosts are very nice and can offer good ideas for sight seeing. They serve a full breakfast which will please local and european taste as well.

This B&B will be our first choice for future trips to Greater Toronto Area.

From the first email to Lin and Steve enquiring about availability they could not do enough to help smooth the process of booking the holiday and helping with travel tips/advice. They even gave our friends a tour of the accomodation prior to our holiday who confirmed the accomodation is as good as you see in the pictures!! The purpose of our trip was to attend a friends wedding locally. The positioning of the b&b for us was perfect, 40min drive from Toronto airport, 55min from Niagra, 10 mins to our friends plus good facilities nearby and best of all the peacefulness of the b&b. We stayed in the family suite which had ample room for our family of 2 adults and 3 children age from 6 to 12, the accomodation was very clean and extremely comfortable with the wonderful extra facilities of fridge/microwave/grill oven/wi fi access/sitting room/bar areas/dvds/towels and many more that hepled make our stay more enjoyable. The pool area is very clean and well looked after, a definite highlight for our children with the luxury of the hot tub enjoyed by all!! Breakfast was a feast we looked forward to every morning. My boyfriend and I stayed at this perfect bed and breakfast. The couple running the place are fantastic. Not only warm, friendly and sociable, but also very well organized, professional and knowledgeable about what to do while we visited Toronto. Every morning started with a warm full English breakfast or the choice for a cold breakfast of fruits, yogurt and cereals and juices. The couple running this B&B gave us access to the Internet and printed discount vouchures for us when we visited Toronto. They knew all the little ins and outs and even advised us of cheap parking! This totally reinforces their great attention to detail and very accomodating nature, which offered us everything from free Internet and access to a hot tub and pool to ready-to-use frosted and chilled glasses in the freezer for beer! All this for less than $100/night! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Toronto region! You won't find a better deal or better service with the personal touch.

My wife and i stayed with Lin and Steve for 2 nights at their Creekside B&B as part of our immigration 'fact finding' visit. Creekside was recommended through sheer luck by a lady i contacted at an employement agency who new the B&B and what luck because this place was perfect. The owners Lin and Steve are two of the nicest and genuine people we have ever met, you feel like you are staying with friends in their house as apposed to a B&B.
Their house is in a great location in a very nice area, it is very spatious, has a great hot tub/pool and a fantastic basement bar.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is just brilliant. It was also great to sit down and talk with the other guests and again Lin or Steve would join in for tea and coffee.

The information and advice that Lin and Steve gave us with regards to our impending immigration was invaluable and my wife and i were so grateful we stayed here.
If all B&B's were like this then there would be no need for 'Trip advisor'.
