We stayed at Creekside for the last two weeks of August after finding it online after an exhaustive seacrh. I was a bit concerned about booking a B&B so far away based on a website - but I needn't have worried. This B&B is really good. The owners, Steve and Lin, have gone a long way to make it comfortable, sylish and affordable. We stayed in the Spruce room which sleeps three in a double and single bed, although there were just two of us for this stay. It has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom, which has recently been refitted and is excellent. Towels (and plenty of them) are provided. There's a good size pool and a hot-tub to relax in after a day's touring which we made full use of (apparently the hot-tub is kept on during the winter!). There's a bar and lounge area (bring your own drink) in the basement to relax and chat in as well. Breakfast in the morning is a full english with cereals, fruit and toast also available.
Toronto is about an hour away by train or 45 mins by car. Niagara is about an hour or so away. There's local supermarkets within 5 minutes drive and plenty of restaurants not far away. Burlington city centre is about15 mins away.
One tip - bring a satnav (GPS) as the roads - especially the motorways are very confusing at first. Coming out of Toronto airport (Pearson) onto an eight (or was it fifteen) lane highway trying to navigate across it all would have been a disaster without it. It makes navigating the highways much, much simpler!
