I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend on our trip to Canada, we stopped in Toronto just for a night. I used my Marriott Reward point for the stay. The reason I chose this hotel is I only needed 10,000pts for a free night, and no parking charge as opposed to most hotels around Toronto Airport.

The location of hotel is not too bad if you are traveling by car, it was only about 35 minutes drive from downtown Toronto, and only 10-15 minutes. I asked if we can go to downtown by public transportation, but we were told it took 1 hour to get to downtown.

The inside and outside of hotel is ordinary Courtyard, but it looked fairly new. On our arrival, the staff at the front desk was friendly and very prompt. Also they offered 2 bottles of water for free, which is very unusual for Marriott hotels even for Silver Members.

The room was good enough with a coffee table and a couch. As the hotel seems fairly new, the room looked very clean and all furniture looked fairly new as well. The bathroom was also good size and clean.

We had a complimentary breakfast, there are quite a lot of food and they taste not so bad for a free food. The breakfast place was clean and organized too.

Although there are many hotels around Toronto Airport, I will stay this hotel again if I had to stay in Toronto area, because, as I mentioned earlier, there is no parking charge, and friendly staff. I am not sure the room rate of the hotel at the time we stayed, but I assumed this place is very very reasonable compared to hotels in downtown.

It was a very nice and comfortable experience in this hotel for us.

My company booked this hotel for me as it's considered one of the finest hotels in Brampton.

Excellent hotel with large family rooms two double beds good standard.
Good food had a bar meal with family of four not expensive.
Drinks fairly pricey what you pay in good bars
Only problem was the noisy microwave.
The Beds where well cushioned and very comfortable.
The Room Service was prompt.

Overall it was a good stay and I recommend this place :)

Over the last 6 years I have had the opportunity to stay at more than a few Marriott Courtyard Inns. Of those more than a few had tiny sink areas and while updated, needed to be updated again. This Marriott is one of the nicest and newest. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and quiet with flat-screen TVs, decent-sized bathroom, comfortable beds & bedding.
Also led a two-day conference at the hotel and it was well-staffed and went well.
The food at the Bistro is pre-prepared so not that fresh or special (and higher priced) but if you do not have a car it is convenient.
Although located near a major intersection and Costco the rooms were generally quiet--espaecially at night.

I went for a family event at a near by hall, for one night. We enjoyed the hotel and pool an dbreakfast. Service was great. If I was in the area I would stay there again definitely.
