“Okay, but needs some updating.”

I stayed at this hotel one night for a one day business trip. The area of the hotel that I stayed in was dire need of updating. Everything worked, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay in the room for more than one night. The staff was very accommodating, pleasant and helpful - which makes the room that much more disappointing. Since this was my first and only stay there I can't speak for the other rooms so I may try it again. If so, I will check my room first hand.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks, Arif Khan and all members of staff made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location just acorss the street is the Bramelea City Centre Mall.
Will definatley go back next time we are in Brampton.

“Good conveniently based hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 August 2011

Stayed at this hotel for twelve days with family members as we attended two weddings in Brampton. After a delayed flight had to wait ages for the complementry shuttle bus. The hotel is conveniently located as the Bramalea Mall is nearby as well as the bus station. Breakfast could be improved as it was the same limited selection every day, the bacon was hard and dry, but the rest was OK to start the day. A bit of dissappointment compared to the English Breakfast in Holiday Inns in England.
The rooms with two double beds were cleaned every day. The pool was fine but the Sauna was not working and the whirlpool could do with a clean. Watch out for the steps in the Bar definitively a Health and Safety issue. There is a laundry room which was handy for the long stay. $2 for the wash and $2 for the drying.
The hotel staff were very good in particular Louise and Arif, they sorted out many concerns for us. The guy in the breakfast area needs to smile a little.
There is a business centre room where there is free internet access.
The shopping Mall has a food hall with a selection of various foods being served. There are lots of shops to do shopping. Within walking distance is the park that also has animals ideal for kids for a few hours. Car hire is reasonable in Toronto. One thing that is annoying in Canada is the prices as they do do not show the taxes so when you go to the till be prepared for that.
I would go back again.

“Great hotel conveniently located.”

Spent a weekend at this hotel. Hotel staff was pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. What I loved about this hotel is that is on the same block with the local mall, making it very convenient for shopping. Overall it is a good hotel will stay there again.
