Wow...very nice hotel. Good location. Lobby and breakfast area are nothing like other Comfort Inns I've stayed at. kudos to the renos. Even guestrooms are updated...32" LCD TV! Found no issues here with cleanliness. Housekeeping you are doing a great job! Beds were new and very comfortable. I was lucky enough to get ground floor room. I was able to bring my stuff straight from my car to my room. Staff is friendly and helpful. In the morning I sat for breakfast ..even had waffles yum...while enjoying reading my free newspaper!

Stayed here on a trip across canada with my husband and 2 children . It was the worst comfort inn I have ever encountered ! Bathroom was disgusting , hair on the floor , bandaid wrapper we did not use and thick soap scum in the shower ! Informed the front desk at which time they offered us another room and it was EXACTLY the same ! Couldn't believe the filth .. the night manager even came and inspected the dirt himself and offered his apology but nothing more :\ Poor customer service and they need to hire new housekeeping staff . Would rather sleep in our vehicle if we ever were offered this hotel again !

Probably THE worst sleep I've had travelling, and I travel a lot!
The beds are extremely hard and you might as well have slept on the floor.
For the price we paid in comparison to other hotels, it's not worth it. I'd keep driving through Kap to the next city & find somewhere else!

The only perk was its location and getting a ground floor room which is beneficial when travelling with a dog.

Service was pleasant as well.
