This is about the best B & B ever! Connie fixes the most wonderful breakfasts and Rick and Connie are so helpful about local attractions as well as places to shop. They provided us with local maps and routing so we would see as many things as possible in Cape Breton. We enjoyed chatting with them and the rooms that we stayed in were superb--lots of dresser space and closet space and lots of bathroom shelves (we stayed 6 nights so it was great to unpack and have everything put away).

We definitely share the opinion of the other guests who have already rated this wonderful B&B. We were overwhelmed by the hospitality of Connie and Rick, the delicious breakfast, all the helpful information about sightseeings, restaurants, etc. "A Paradise Found" has definitely been one of the best B&Bs we stayed during our 3-week trip through Nova Scotia. I did a tour of the East Coast of Canada and I stayed at several B&B's throughout the trip. My last two days were spent at A Paradise Found. It was hands down the best and most amazing bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. Rick and Connie (the owners), were so welcoming and warm. The room I stayed it was spacious, very clean, and they were willing to help with anything we needed. The rest of the house was fantastic as well. Rick and Connie took the time to to talk to myself and my fellow travellers, and to get to know us. They were very helpful with directions and suggestions for various nearby attractions that one should visit, as well as restaurants in town. The breakfasts were beyond delicious too! Not just a typical "bed and breakfast" breakfast. Connie is an amazing cook and makes an effort to make something different for every morning that you stay. I honestly did not want to leave. Next time I go back to that part of Canada, I will most definitely make accommodations at A Paradise Found again!

Our opinion is just like the rest. This was a great place. We stayed two nights in the Hydrangea
Room. The room was comfortable and the hosts (Rick and Connie) were great. They helped us with restaurants and sightseeing tips and they were fun th chat with. Both mornings at breakfast the food looked so good that I felt like taking a picture of it. It tasted great too. We stay at B&B's pretty often and this was one of the best.
