Stayed for 2 nights last weekend. Friendly and efficient staff who did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were fresh and roomy, very comfortable bed with lovely fluffy duvet. The rooms overlooking the harbour and city have an awesome view day and night. Same as the dining room and lounge. We would recommed this hotel.

Our stay there was very nice...the lady thay checked us in was very friendly and helpful, the room was quite clean, and the restaurant was lovely with an amazing view of the city...I would definately return and recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the Battery Hotel this past weekend with my boyfriend for a relaxing night. It was great, the service, the food, etc. The rooms are clean and fairly big and the view of the city is amazing!

The front desk staff (all 3) greeted us warmly and processed our registration quickly and efficiently. We were given a double room with modest but clean and functional furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed at the back of the hotel overlooking the city, but for CFAs the better view would have been overlooking the harbour. The bar staff readily accommodated our request to open a bottle of wine without charge. It was the kind of relaxing and friendly stay that I would expect to find in Newfoundland, my own bias as a Newfoundlander notwithstanding.
