I spent one night at the Mahogany Manor and came away very impressed. The home is magnificent and Carl and Jim are fantastic hosts. Carl also does massage therapy from a studio in the house. His work is first rate. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are laundry facilities in the home, as well. Saint John is a terrific place to visit and there's no better B&B than Mahogany Manor.

We had a good time with Jim and Carl who served as gracious host. The bed and breakfast is located in a very convenient place in downtown Saint John and is in within easy walking distance of most major eating establishments downtown. The breakfasts were adequate, fresh fruit with either french toast or a quiche. The amounts were rather limited and no meat was served. The rooms were clean but the towels, bath mats, and bedding were showing their age.

We were very pleased with the room, the service and the breakfast. No complaints at all. We strongly recommend Mahogany Manor to any of our friends travelling to Saint John.

Mahogany Manor is a charming bed and breakfast, in a convenient location for exploring Saint John. The beds are very comfortable with pillow top mattresses and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and clearly proud of Saint John. They gave useful recommendations on all aspects of our visit.
