I've stayed at a couple different locations of the Chipman Hill Suites and it's been wonderful both times. Rooms are old and full of character, clean and homey. Very conveniently equipped and in great locations around the city. During my last visit, I was invited to join the employees during a staff appreciation night. The team there was very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back again and again!

The properties are all excellent, clean and well taken car of. Some have huge beautiful common spaces with lovely old furnishings and beautiful architecture. The rooms vary in size but are all tastefully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. I stay there every time I go to Saint John.

I recently stayed at #5 Chipman hill as a temporary relocation while waiting to move into my house. It had all the amenities you needed. TV, Internet, kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also on site laundry that is free to use which is quite useful if staying extended periods of time.

Building was fairly quiet, better than most hotels I have stayed in. Parking was available in between the buidings but there were only 5 spots available. But from 5pm-7am there was plenty of parking in the city hall parking lot which connected to the location.

All in all, it was a great stay, we were there for an entire month, and the location is well within walking distance to a number of well know restaurants in uptown saint john.

I have stayed with Chipman Hill Suites a number of times with my family and have never had any issues. There is always a place to park, the service was wonderful, and the suites are awesome. The suite layouts (kitchen area/bathroom) really add to the experience much more comfortable than staying at a hotel.

I would definitely recommend Chipman Hill Suites to anyone looking to visit Saint John for a short or long trip!
