Just spent an evening there over the weekend. Booked the honeymoon suite for a special weekend. Room smelled of cigarettes. We were told we could move to another room without a hot tub. We stayed in the room as we had to rush to a show. We were rushed because it took us 30 minutes to find the motel as they changed the name and didn't tell us! I just spoke to the Manager who lectured me about taxes and running a business when I asked him to discount the room. He raised his voice and tried to discredit my experience. He first offered me 25% off my next stay there. I won't be in Moncton again, nor will I stay there. He finally agreed to refund a partial amount. I will never stay there again and would encourage you to book elsewhere.

We investigated customer's concerns right away and found no such smell but to make the Guest happy we offered her upgraded suite which they refused. Our Honeymoon Suites are fitted with king size beds and sitting area, heart shaped jacuzi, flat screen TV, fire place and fridge. Our Honeymoon Suites usually have a waiting list with our regular guests. Although we had a full house that night, to make the Guest happy we refunded $50 without delay or their request.

I was sort of disappointed that they did not have a microwave or a coffee pot in the room they did have a fridge but that was all there was in the room

Just for Guest's information, we do have rooms with microwave and other amenities but if the guest had requested we would have been happy to meet their needs. Our goal is to make the guests stay as comfortable as can be. Next time you book the room please be specific what your needs are and we will make sure they are met. We will even offer you a discount of 20% on your next stay.
