Our family met in Moncton, NB for Christmas dinner this year. Multiple family members required overnight accommodations and chose to stay at Ramada Crystal Palace. The hotel was quiet because it was during Christmas Holidays. We stayed in their California Suites which were beautiful. Doors opened up to a tropical oasis where there was ample seating around the large swimming pool and hot tub. There was also a fitness room and sauna there. We stayed two nights and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a pleasure to have a Keurig coffee machine in our rooms as well. We would highly recommend this property as it felt like a tropical vacation right here in our home province.

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in November of 2011. Check-in was a breeze (the young gentleman at the front desk was fantastic!), the room was clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great whether you are visiting Crystal Palace with children or doing a little shopping at the Mall, which is right next door. We would stay there again for sure!

Stayed here for a weekend in November with my sister and her kids. We had a great time! The rooms are nice and very clean. The small fridge in the room was great feature. The kids spent 2 fun days at the Chrystal Palace amusement park (which is attached to the hotel). THere are other great conveniences -- there's a chapters and starbucks attached to the hotel and the Champlain Place shopping mall is just across the parking lot. Unfortunately the movie theatre was under a major reno but we didn't have time for a movie anyway so it wasn't a big deal for us.

I was not on vacation for the four night stay but the hotel staff made me feel like I was on one. The rooms were clean and tidy. I had a view of the pool, which was interesting, but the window treatments allowed me to have complete privacy from it. The front desk staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating and friendly as if I stay there regularly. You walk out a back door to the amusement park, restaurant, or Chapters which has a Starbucks in it. The Champlain Mall is next door, so it was convenient as well as other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!!
