Stayed here last week after cancelling reservation at Howard Johnson Plaza up the street. Large room with refrigerator and windows open for fresh air. Check in and out very smooth. Decent breakfast with all you can eat toast cereal muffins bagels and coffee juice et all. Front desk staff very helpful with directions for restaurants etc. Beds were very confortable and all items worked in the room.

A bit of a masking cleaning smell in the hallways. Hallways were drab and dingy, but the room, a king suite, was surprisingly ok. It was a warm September day and when we returned to the room about midnight it was quite warm. Turned the AC on in the bedroom, it was very noisy, but some of our family were sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room and it was relatively warm and stuffy in that room. We turned the AC on medium speed and everytime it clicked on or off it woke me. The first time was rather startling. It ran at constant loud hum, or more appropriately rattle. By far the noisiest AC I have encountered. Having said that, the king bed was quite comfortable and the duvet was rather nice particularly since we left the AC on in the bedroom (the only AC unit for our accommodations) for the good of our guests sleeping in the living room. Bathroom was clean and decent. The continental breakfast was good, as was the individually made Van Houtte coffee. This is not a luxury hotel by any standards but was adquate for our needs for a one night stay. A good economy hotel.

Very loud with many teenegers (arrived by bus) running and crying during the nigh ad 2 a.m. on the 4th floor, carpet dirty. AC compressor very agreesive. We shot it down for the night.
Breakfast good. Room : old furnitures but in goof condition except for the carpet.
We wont come back neither recommand this hotel.

I stayed here for one night in a suite. I found the rooms to be a good size. We had a microwave, fridge, table and chairs, couch, two tv's and a kingsize bed and pull out couch. I am surprised at reviews that call this dated, as I did not find this at all. It was very clean, and I noticed close drink machine, snack machine and ice. In the lobby were free newspapers, computer, free movies available to guests, and on tap tea coffee, hot chocolate, and pleasant staff. The breakfast was fine, there were cereals, toast, bagels, fruit, enough to get you going and not clog your arteries.
Things I could be picky about. I need a firm bed, and the beds were soft and plush, so my back hurt in the morning. The location in Fredericton is not the best by any means, it is rather out of the way. worst point by far was the noisy air conditioner. I did not notice noise from other rooms at all. I believe my review fairly reflects my rating. I would be happy to stay here again, the duvets and light and fluffy not too hot and not too cold, on the whole good job to the staff here.
