We stayed here for one night in late October. We had a king sized bed - comfortable and a variety of pillow sizes which were important to us. The room was spacious although the view from the second floor into the parking lot was unimpressive. Wifi was good bot slow in the morning. Check in ( we had no reservation - just walked in) was a breeze. This was good value for one night.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and had a great stay. The room had double beds, was clean, and in good shape. The bathroom had good water pressure, although the showerhead leaked a bit and could be repaired. The only other issue I had was the noise of the inroom air conditioner. It was very loud, although it did a great job cooling the room!

The location is quite far along a big commercial street and there isn't much within walking distance, so you have to hike 15-20 minutes to get anywhere, however most guests would be driving, and taking advantage of the free parking.

The rate was very good and well under most other hotels during a very busy time for Fredericton. The staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful.

Overall it was fine for our 1 night stay, easy to get back onto the TCH. Located near Fredericton Mall and some restaurants.

Stayed here for one night. Have stayed in other hotels in Frederiction, and the Lakeview is the best place in its price range. We stayed in a suite room for under $100, and it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Agree with some of the commenters about the dankness of the hallway; they would benefit from a coat of paint , new carpet and some better lighting.

All in all, Lakeview is an excellent option for those visiing Fredericton on a budget.
