This was a decent place to stay. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, with the usual very modest kitchenette facilities. The building is older and the halls are noticeably drab, but everything is quite functional and the staff seemed eager to please. Features and breakfast are very standard. No pool.
Very close off the Fredericton bypass. Unlike some hotels further down Prospect, this location isn't really close to anything, unless you need to buy a new car. (Why this chain calls itself "Lakeview" is beyond me.) But the chain restaurants are a minute down the road, and downtown is only a five minute drive. (We liked "Isaac's Way" on Carleton street.) It is also close to Odell Park, which has great walking and running trails.
