The room I stayed was very nice and clean. Location is very good. Free long distance call, internet and coin laundry facilities was very helpful for me. I recommend this place considering the price and amenities.

Probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had.

I was offered a basement room on arrival which was suspiciously cheaper than the listed prices online. The room was musty and the carpeted floors were damp. Worse than that, it smelled terrible and the bedding was filthy.

Don't take the chance. I went to the front desk and checked out of there without spending the night. The positive reviews have to be fake...

I stayed there last week, room was very clean, comfortable bed. I could easily connect internet. Also they give me half an hour free long distance call to be touched with my family. Breakfast was not bad at all. I am happy the price I paid for.

If you need a cheap place to stay while passing thru fredricton, then this place ain't so bad, they seem to be slowly up grading a few things, no elevator though so people with limited mobility or heavy bags bs warned.
