My family of four stayed here for two nights as a get a way from our visit to in-laws in the country side. The idea was for kids to enjoy the pool and for us to do some shopping at the Polo Park. The pool was OK for the kids but the spa area was a disaster - we couldn't make the only facility there - a steam room to work (using the instruction) for 30 min and gave up as there was nobody to help us to start it running. The room was good for our European standards and I can't complain that it needs renovation badly but a proper cleaning including the carpet in the hallway would help. The bar sucks !! Why would you keep somebody there to sell bottled beer ?? Let the receptionist to handle those very odd customers!! WiFi was only in the lobby and we were offered a wire to plug it our iPads ...well we bought new Macbook next day so it wasn't a problem for us as ethernet worked good.

We stayed for 2 nights, with 4 kids. Was a wonderful pool area, water was warm, and the kids enjoyed the slide ( tho it was on the slow side). Rooms were clean, and comportable, only down side was they dont have suites, so we were givin 2 rooms, our executive room had 1 king bed and was huge! very nice, and kids had 2 queen in a connecting room. We paid alot for this but it was their only option, and in the end it worked out great.

i bunked with a friend and we had a fantastic evening and a great visit.

Thought I would give this hotel a try. I am sure this property was very nice 10-12 years ago, however it hasnt been re-done since they turned this property into a hotel. Service isnt all that great, but I have had worse. Carpet especially is worn to the threads, time for a re-do. But the beds were comfy enough, and had a nice new TV, and everything you could need......but not really a good value, and I will still be looking for elsewhere to stay. I can however recomend this hotel to family's, I am sure that it is perfect especially with the water park, but if your just an Adult traveler like me with no kids in tow, find somewhere else a little more quiet and comforting.
