Large comfortable rooms. Spacious. A real suite with separate seating and sleeping rooms. Good conference facility. Quick internet. Bar has good food, a couple of local beers on tap, and hockey on the TV. On-demand transportation to the airport. Cab stand at hotel. Friendly staff.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are large and have plenty of space. When you walk into the suite you have a living room with a sofa, chair, coffee table, tv, desk & lamp, bar with sink and fridge. Then down the hallway there is the bathroom and bedroom with a king sized bed. The bathroom is nice and has a large countertop. The bedroom also has another tv in it. It is always a comforable stay and a good nights rest. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night and that was enough. Carpet was stained and in need of either replacement or cleaning, it looked like someone hung thier head over the bed and vomitted on the floor! Also some other stains in the other part of the room that looked like old blood. So we complained and got a different room on the same floor which was no better. There were black hairs and fingernail clippings on the bathroom vanity. You could see greasey finger prints on the closet doors. Very dumpy hotel room not what I would expect at a Hilton.

Steer clear of rooms on the second floor. Front staff offered us free breakfast but who would want to eat there after seeing how they clean thier rooms? Front desk staff apologized and said there was nothing they could do as I had booked the room online through a different company. They said "you never even paid us, if you would have booked through our website we could have adjusted the price". Not sure if that is true or not but definately will not ever stay there again!

Have to say was impressed with the booking system - with delays at the airport needed to stay over night. Picked Hilton because this suites brand is a pretty good pick. Booked at the airport, rocked up ten minutes later, was upgraded and all good mthe only problem I had (and this is why service was down) was I went for a meal in the bistro and the service there was very poor. Other than that a great stay
